Exploration and Self-Discovery for Students entering Grades 2 through 5

Tatnall’s Traditional Day Camp offers endless opportunities for exploration, self-discovery, innovation, and FUN for students entering grades 2 through 5. Through camp-wide assemblies, pool time, theme-specific STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) activities, social interaction, and teamwork, campers will have fun, make friends, and have just the right amount of learning to ward off the summer brain drain! Additionally, each camper will participate in swim lessons each morning, and free swim each afternoon. Full and half day camps available!

The Great Outdoors | Week 1: June 19-23

What’s better than fresh air and outdoor play? Join us for a week exploring all things nature and learn about the great outdoors! Plants, Bugs, Animals & Outdoor games right here on Tatnall’s 110 acres of land!

Disney Week | Week 2: June 26 - June 30

Dole Whip anyone? Come experience Camp Disney, the place where dreams come true! During this magical week, campers will jump into their favorite fairy tales, movies, theme parks and more! Disney themed activities all week long! We will end the week with our very own Disney performance and costume party!

Stars & Stripes | Week 3: July 5-7 (We will be closed July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day)

Join us to celebrate the red, white and blue with some Unbelievable Summer Activities. This short week will be action packed with our favorite American pastimes…swimming, yard games, picnics, smores and all things patriotic!

Carnival Week | Week 4: July 10-14

Step right up! Let the festivities begin!! Classic carnival games, entertainment and of course carnival food will be the highlight of the week! The days will be filled with out of this world experiments, crafts and activities to create our very own Tatnall Summer carnival!

Build It Workshop | Week 5: July 17-21

Let’s create, learn and challenge one another with awesome building activities. Strengthen fine motor skills and learn how to bring your ideas to life! Curiosity, imagination and hands on expression will be the focus of this exciting week.

Winter in July! | Week 6: July 24-28

Brrr! Let’s beat the heat with a Winter Wonderland! Bring your most festive spirit for this fun wintery week of summer camp! Grass sledding, snow cones, foam party, and ice skating are some features of this super cool camp week!

Camp Olympics! | Week 7: July 31-August 4

On your mark, get set, GO! Our most anticipated week of the summer! Color wars style, our campers are separated into groups as they work together in healthy competitions to bring their team to victory. We not only focus on team building but also learn about healthy ways to take care of our bodies like a true Olympian!

In the Kitchen! | Week 8: August 7-11

Calling all foodies! Join us for the most delicious week of the summer! Campers will mix, measure, and explore food in a whole new way! From learning about food basics to creating their own culinary delights to share with family and friends!

Under the Sea! | Week 9: August 14-18

This week we will travel the world and explore different countries and cultures. While traveling around the globe campers will experience different foods, games and music.
