Archery Camp
Exploring Archery
John Noel
Join John Noel, Level 3 USA Archery Certified instructor, for this introduction to archery camp. Founded in the National Training System developed by USA Archery, this camp will cover the fundamentals of archery with recurve and compound bows. Your archer will learn range safety, how to shoot recurve and compound bows, and proper shooting techniques. All equipment will be provided.

One Hundred Percent Athletics' John Noonan
John Noonan’s camp is designed to improve each athlete’s offense and defense fundamentals. The successful formula used by 100% Basketball teaches the game in a fun-filled yet hard working environment. All camp sessions are positive and up-tempo, with the main objective being improved skills and greater confidence for each camper.

During this week-long camp, girls will learn individual field hockey skills along with small game situational strategies. We will focus on things like ball control, defense, team play, passing and receiving, goal scoring, and transfer and outletting. Towards the end of the week, we will get into more small game situations and small team play.
WHAT TO BRING: Refillable water bottle, sunscreen, field hockey stick, mouth guard, shin guards, snack, and sneakers or turf shoes.
SKILL LEVEL: Open to all.

Avery McMullin
Instructed by Tatnall Head Coach Avery McMullin. The Hornet football camp is designed to provide quality instruction, fundamentals, and skill development through fun and interactive training. Each day will include a proper stretching and warm-up, offensive and defensive non-contact drills, speed and agility drills, team activities, and fun competitions. Athletes will learn from Tatnall’s successful and experienced coaching staff to ensure each athlete receives the highest level of football coaching. All coaches have prior experience at the NCAA Division 1 level. This camp is a great opportunity for any young athlete looking to improve their game, have fun, make new friends, and raise their confidence.

Soccer Shots - Delaware
Soccer Shots is a national leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Campers will enjoy exclusive Soccer Shots' games and be challenged throughout the week to improve their basic soccer skills. This summer's camp theme will be "Celebrate the Cup!" as the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team competes in the World Cup this June and July!

Excellence Tennis Academy
Excellence Tennis Academy Director, Simon Peppiatt, will lead this camp alongside experienced and skilled coaches. The camp will be broken into two mini-camps: Beginner/Intermediate Camp and Advanced Training. The beginner and intermediate group will learn stroke techniques, rules and court awareness, while the advanced group will focus on training for tournaments and high school tennis by practicing footwork skills, fitness and mental strategy. Each morning will be filled with drills, followed by lunch, swimming and match play in the afternoon.

Speed, Agility, & Strength
Champion Body - Anthuan Maybank
Conducted by Anthuan Maybank, 1996 Olympic Track and Field gold medalist, this camp is designed to teach all athletes the principles of speed, agility and strength. Sprinting, changing direction at full speed and strength training are all learned skills. Athletes can get faster, and they will do it at this camp.

Instructed by Tatnall JV Coach Marina Katko, the Hornet Volleyball Camp is a competitive camp for beginner to intermediate volleyball players. Each day will give girl campers opportunities to learn several new skills, including passing, serving, and setting. (Intermediate players will also work on hitting and blocking.) Additionally, daily mini-games will give players the opportunity to combine their skills during game-like situations.

This week-long, half-day camp would establish basic wrestling skills and understanding of rules and scoring, as well as fundamental takedowns, escapes, and pinning combinations. Campers would also be exposed to the elements of physical fitness needed for wrestling success, and will be given basic, playful, body-weight-only routines to develop flexibility, core strength, and overall strength: crawling, running, leaping, climbing, throwing. Wrestling develops the lifelong skills of fitness, discipline, and resilience, and your child can begin their wrestling journey on this proven path to success this summer.
